1. Delivery


1.1 Shipping Availability and Costs
We currently offer shipping to select countries within the EU. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.

1.2 Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible and will provide tracking details once your order has shipped.

1.3 Delivery Process
Orders are processed promptly, and customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information upon dispatch. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the package. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or absence, additional charges may apply.

1.4 Carrier and Risks
We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery. Once the package is delivered to you or an authorized recipient, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. Ownership of the product remains with us until full payment is received.

1.5 Delivery Delays
If delivery cannot be completed within 30 calendar days, you may request an additional period. Should we fail to deliver within this time, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund.



2. Right of Withdrawal

2.1 General Return Policy

  • You may exercise your right to withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.
  • Products must be returned in unused, new condition, with original packaging and labels intact.

2.2 Return Process

Want to return an item? Send an email to info@rumimoments.be with your order number and the reason for your return. We will create a return label and send it to you. For returns within Belgium, a fee of €8 will be deducted from your refund. Furniture and lighting returns require direct communication with our customer service team.

2.3 Conditions for Return

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are in perfect condition. Products showing signs of use or damage may incur restocking fees or be rejected.

2.4 Exclusions

You cannot return:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life.
  • Sealed goods unfit for resale once opened, such as for hygiene reasons.

2.5 Refunds

  • Refunds will exclude original delivery costs and return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order placed.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Report any damages or defects within 5 business days with photographic evidence to ensure eligibility for warranty claims.



5. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control, delivery obligations may be suspended or canceled. In such events, you will be refunded for any products not delivered.
