He later refined his cocktail-making skills under the guidance of Paul Morel and Sergio Herman, and working alongside Wim Maes deepened his passion for herbs and nature. Today, he focuses on uplifting the non-alcoholic scene with fresh combinations, innovative products, and creative recipes.
